B Automatic

If you pass your driving test using an automatic vehicle,
you will have a suitable code added to your driving licence and may only drive such vehicles
(code number 78: only vehicles with automatic transmission).

However, this restriction makes practical learning easier, because:

• - You no longer care about changing the gears;
• - You don’t care about the clutch either,
  so the hill start becomes a breeze and the engine will never stall;
• - You can focus more on the environment, the traffic and other drivers
  and you will therefore have a more secure and soothed driving.

The conditions and documents required for the application
are the same as for the licence category B manual.

To remove this restriction from your driving license
you just have to follow 6 practical hours with a manual gearbox vehicle
and pass the practical exam.
